Free 30 minute In Office ConsulTation

Appointments/Fees

50-55 minute Psychotherapy/Sex Therapy appointment $130

75 minute Couples/Relationship Therapy appointment $150

A limited number of sliding scale and low fee appointments are available based on need.

INSUrance/Billing

Insurance currently accepted: Aetna, Regence/BCBS, MHN/Healthnet.

If you have other insurance I will be happy to give you a super bill so you can determine if I will be covered as an Out of Network provider. You will be responsible for full payment.

Copayment or self-pay agreed upon fee is due at time of session (cash, check, or credit card accepted) unless other billing arrangements are made.

Please Note: Mental Health benefits and plan details must be verified before we begin treatment. I will need your full name, date of birth, and insurance member number to determine this information. You may have a deductible that needs to be met before insurance covers your sessions. In that case you will be billed my contracted amount with the insurance provider until the deductible is complete.
