Appointments/fees

50 minute Self-Pay Psychotherapy/Sex Therapy appointment: $300

50 minute Relationship/Couples Therapy appointment: $375

50 Minute Sex and Relationship Consulting (a non-Mental Health service for clients living outside my licensed states of New York and Oregon): $300 Individual/$375 Couples.

My full fees are listed here. While I deeply appreciate payment at my full rate, I negotiate all my fees with clients individually during consultation and as therapy evolves.

Lower fees are available to those working in the non-profit sector, educators, survival sex workers, artists, and QTPOC. Limited sliding scale and low fee slots are available based on need.

No Shows/Late Cancellations: An appointment reserves a specific time for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise all missed appointments are charged at full fee.

I work in person at Union Square on Mondays and In Northern Westchester on Tuesdays. All other sessions are conducted via confidential telehealth.

billing/insurance

Insurance Accepted: Aetna (New York), Regence BC/BS (Oregon).

If you have other insurance you can investigate whether I will be accepted as an Out of Network provider. I will be happy to provide you with a superbill to give to them. You will be responsible for full payment.

Copayment or self-pay agreed upon fee is due at time of session (cash, check, Venmo, or credit card accepted) unless other billing arrangements have been made.

Please Note: If you are planning to bill insurance, it is your responsibility to verify Mental Health benefits and plan details before we begin treatment. Individual plans vary widely. You may have a deductible that needs to be met before insurance covers your sessions. In that case you will be billed my contracted amount with the insurance provider until the deductible is complete.
